Advisory Board

Mission statement

The mission of the Alumni Affairs Advisory Board is to foster opportunities for meaningful interaction between current students and alumni of UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School by sponsoring programs and events that aid in the development of relationships, both personal and professional, among the members of our community. The Advisory Board works closely with the Alumni Affairs office, and provides unique resources both to existing students and alumni to foster this interaction. Kenan-Flagler alumni -- and UNC alumni more broadly -- are among the most loyal in the nation, and we benefit enormously from such an amazing resource.

Events & Programs

The AAAB is involved in key events and programs that include the MBA and alumni community. Some of our offerings include:

• Alumni Weekend
• Mentor Matching/Advisor program
• Women’s Golf Event
• New Alumni Reception
• Summer Happy Hours for interns and alumni
• Mini-Internship program to build professional relationships
